Colorado
This new construction, single family home, was designed and built for an out of state family moving to Colorado and sits on a 1 acre lot in an up and coming development in Niwot, CO. At 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and 3,600 sq.ft. this home is more modest than many of the homes in the neighborhood, but this retired couple was more concerned with functionality, flow, and livability. The design had to meet the requirements of a strict set of DRB and County requirements while still meeting the client’s style and expectations. Construction finished in spring of 2017. Design and built under Coburn Architecture.
